c. FAA pilot program - Since December, piston planes using instrument flight rules (IFR) are heading
toward Santa Monica Pier after they take off, rather than flying over PenMar Golf Course. If you have

d. 2015 marks the end of the 1984 Agreement -- A history of S.M. Airport and a summary of the 1984

b. Complaints include UPS packages stolen from a porch, an inebriated homeless man blocking
someone's doorway, items stolen from outside/inside of parked cars, and off-leash dogs.

9. Santa Monica College -- Spring semester began Feb 16th. -- Pico buses and bus stops are over-crowded.

into the alley next to the gas station, just before Lincoln Blvd., then right again
into the student parking lot). Free handicapped parking is in the Barnum Hall lot
